The VRT3-P Unloader Valve is a reliable and durable pressure control valve designed for high-performance pressure washing systems. Rated for a maximum pressure of 250 BAR and a flow rate of 40 LPM, this unloader valve is suitable for demanding applications requiring precision and reliability. Built with nickel-plated brass and steel construction, it ensures durability and long-lasting performance, even under harsh conditions.

The trapped pressure valve design helps regulate pressure efficiently, while the blue cap and spring with regulator knob allow for easy adjustments. The 3/8" G (BSPP) F inlet, outlet, and bypass ports provide compatibility with a variety of setups. With a temperature rating of up to 90°C*, the VRT3-P Unloader is capable of handling high-temperature water applications effectively.

Function of the Microswitch on the Unloader Valve

• Position-based activation: The microswitch detects the mechanical shift of the valve between working and bypass modes, triggered by pressure changes.

• Electrical signal output: It sends a signal (typically 16A at 250V) to start or stop the motor.
  > For single-phase motors, this signal can directly interrupt power.
  > For three-phase motors, an additional control board or relay is required to properly stop the motor.

• Safety and automation: This integration helps prevent dry running, reduces energy consumption, and enables synchronized control in automated cleaning systems.
